Mt. Baker Mining and Metals was founded in 2011 by Jason Gaber. MBMM was born as a business to meet demand created when word of the Gaber’s ingenuity spread throughout the small-scale mining community, and grew to include jaw crushers, hammer mills, shaker tables and full turn-key integrated equipment systems.
MBMM grew quickly and enjoys a world-wide reputation for reliability as an American manufacturer of high-quality material reduction, classification, and gravity concentration equipment. Customers in the small scale mining, printed circuit board recycling, scrap metal, construction, and concrete/granite recycling industries have success with our machines.

Opening My Gold Mine! Part 15: High Grading Gold
I would say maybe use a good cloth to slowly drip or squeeze remove gold from oil but it looks way to thick for that so maybe probably better methods, or lol literally just wash it with a bucket of water and dish soap or petroleum not much petroleum tho you wouldn't need much i take it , anyways love the channel and hopefully one of us give you a idea 😊😊
The line up of highly qualified personnel is amazing!
You know what that was be honest your just afraid to say it
Morning my friend from Darvel Ayrshire Scotland
Already watched this and I say Sweet......No new videos when I think there are. Dude you can do better and more often... or people unsubscribe!
No aqua regia
You have the best shaker table
try rubbing alcohol on the oil if that doesn't work Kerosene if that doesn't work.....Fire!
can you burn off the oil
i’m a “girly” teenage girl from the UK and i never expected to get so interested in gold mining, but your videos are truly something special! thank you for making such great content. it is very informative and also i find it to be a satisfying and strangely relaxing process! to do so much hard work using some age old methods, and mining gold from your own home turf. it’s admirable!
might make for some nice tiles
Do you have a girlfriend? If not I bet they are lined up to hang out with a guy like you and talk about s*** like that
Do you legally have to make a claim in California just to have a kiln fire outside? I was going to, idk why we cant just smelt on unclaimed property
Interesting machine. I am interested in the electrolysis part - just curious, how much current electric current is flowing through each individual plate and what is the source D.C voltage from the rectifier? Also, how much time does it take to produce those 30 pounds of gold on each plate?
Burn the oil, use diesel. That's the best way I've done it.
👍👍
As someone who's never mined gold, or had anything to do with rock saws of any kind, I may have an idea about the gold in the oil saws. You can try filtering the oil through some of that cloth, and then burn whatever was left on the filter. Basically heat it to the point where it's neither burning nor smoking any longer. That should get rid of all oil residues and leave only the clean material along with with some ash. Then you just pan the thing and proceed as normal.
Logging camp maybe?
👍🙏
Itd make some stunnning specimens if you used some nitric acid or 35% h2o2 to dissolve some of the quartz on its face. It would just leave the natural gold sticking out of whatever quartz remains.
is this brass good to make cartridges?
I have deposits of gold, I need a serious investor
Remove the gold from your oil. Run the oil through some similar to a paper filter or coffee filter. The whale will seek through even all material behind. You'll just have to use a larger version of it
When you looked in the pan & said U figured there'd be more Au, I was thinking U got a whole lot. I'm talking amt of colors tho, not total weight. Also not knowing how many passes were made, the cuts were made "blind" in relation to location of Au in situ & ?? # of bits off each particle. We now know U recovered 1/4 gr, but I think U let a lot of Au escape. Should have been run thru shaker table, finishing sluice or Miller table, not panned. Whoever buys those tailings should recover decent fine Au. Tnx 4 vids, Jason ^5!
That is so pretty. I think gold looks better in its natural form. Stunning.
Add water to your oil and sediment and let the sediment settle out. Suck out the sediment and badda boom!
G'day Jason, what is the name of the pulveriser you are using in this vid?
Mines and explosives. Two things I want nothing to do with.
Grain alcohol. Will clean the oils out
Vinegar😊
Jason look like crack in your. Owl
250 miles to go!!
Where is your jet dry
What kind oil are you using in the saw? Years ago we used diesel in the rock saws now my brother uses a mineral oil in all of his saws, primarily cutting petrified wood.
How much is it
Press filter the oil. It is done on very large scale gold mines.
Dawn dish soap
I think this is one of the most informative videos you have ever done. The chemistry for cupelling is the best anyone has ever put out. Please think of relaunching this video for subscribers who have recently started viewing.
Do you know how much lead to use for the different carets or does it not matter? It looks like you used about 6x the weight of the gold... is that a good math on it or can it get more apecific?
noice!
Add 'Fast Orange' or 'Gojo' to break down the oil/gold bond? 🤔
Use chemicals to desolve everything like NileRed does then bring the gold back?
Would make a nice ring.or necklace
Common paper bag you get at the grocery store or your oil leave it overnight. Let it drain through the paper bag. Continue to do that until all the oil has drained through the paper bag.
It looking like you are going to need to buy your wife a new spatula. 😝
That’s a truck frame with the engine still attached!
Just burn the oil from the sediment away.
